Manchester man arrested for false inspection sticker and possession of controlled drugs.

On November 7, 2015, at approximately 10:14 am Hooksett Police stopped a motor vehicle for an odd looking inspection sticker located in the front window.  While speaking with the operator who was identified as:

duquette,kane

Kane Duquette, 38

He stated that he had indeed manufactured the sticker himself.  The sticker was recovered and was confirmed to be homemade.  While placing Duquette into custody a search was conducted of his person, which resulted in the discovery of some marijuana.  Duquette was transported back to the Hooksett Police Department where he was charged with false inspection sticker and possession of a controlled drug.  He was released on personal recognizance bail.

On November 8, 2015, at approximately 10:00 am, Hooksett Police identified:

ALOISE, RYAN

Ryan Aloise, 25

As the driver of a vehicle entering the parking lot to Wal-Mart in Hooksett.  The officer also observed Aloise’s wife in the vehicle with him.  It was known to the officer that there was currently a domestic violence order between the two  forbidding Aloise from having any contact with his wife.  Contact was made with Aloise in the parking lot of Wal-Mart and it was confirmed Aloise was not allowed any contact with his wife.  Aloise was taken into custody and charged with Stalking.  Aloise was transported to the Merrimack County Jail where he will await arraignment on 11/9/15.

Plymouth Man Arrested for Possession of Controlled Drug

On November 23, 2015, at approximately 5:03 pm Hooksett Police responded to Circe K, 86 West River Rd for a report of a male yelling in the men’s bathroom.  While speaking to the male identified as:

Wayne Graham, 33

 

A needle was found and Graham later turned over drugs which were identified as possibly Fentanyl. Graham was arrested for the possession of Fentanyl.  Graham was transported back to the Hooksett Police Department where he was charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Drug.  He was released on personal recognizance bail of $5000 and given a court date of December 30, 2015.

Motor Vehicle Crash into a House

On December 4, 2015 at 6:42 pm, a motor vehicle crash occurred on Hackett Hill Rd.  A vehicle was traveling south bound and swerved to avoid an animal in the road.  The driver, Ashely Stuart, 24, lost control of her car and rolled into the house at 222 Hackett Hill Rd.  There was a single person at home that was not injured.  Structural damage was done to the home.

The house was inspected by the Hooksett building inspector and due to the damage to the home was deemed to be unsafe.  The resident was relocated for the night.

Speed was a factor in the crash and Ashely was cited for speed.

Hooksett man arrested for Domestic Assault.

On December 24, 2015 at 12:28 A.M., Hooksett Police responded to 1465 Hooksett Road for a reported domestic assault. The suspect was identified as:

David Ciesielski

Hooksett, NH

After an investigation by the officers, it was found that Ciesielski had been in a family argument with his adult son and during the argument he forcefully shoved his son.  He was arrested on a domestic violence simple assault charge. Ciesielski was transported back to the Hooksett Police Department where he was bailed on $2,000.00 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett on December 30, 2015.

Manchester man Arrested for Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest

On December 29, 2015 at approximately 7:00 P.M. Hooksett Police were dispatched to the Firebird Motel for a report of a Domestic Assault. When they arrived they were told that:

had assaulted his girlfriend. When Police tried to make contact with Griffin at his room he refused to open the door.  While speaking to the reporting party it was mentioned that Griffin could possibly be armed with a firearm.  Police tried to talk Griffin out of the room however he refused.  After several hours Griffin was removed from the room unharmed with the assistance of the Manchester Swat team.  Griffin was brought back to the Hooksett Police Department where he was charged with Resisting Arrest and Domestic Assault.  Griffin’s bail was set at $15,000.00 cash.  He was unable to obtain these funds and was transported to the county jail.

Bullet Hole Found in Window

On January 18, 2016, the owners of a single family residence on Meadowcrest Road reported finding a bullet hole in one of their windows. A bullet was located inside the home which supports that the window was shot by a firearm. The crime took place sometime today, late morning to midafternoon and is believed to be random.  No one was injured or home at the time.

Possible Scam

The Hooksett Police Department was informed today that a local business received a call from someone stating to be from the Town Clerk’s office. The caller claimed to be selling advertising in a business directory that the Town of Hooksett was supposedly publishing.  The Town of Hooksett is not selling any advertising and it appears that there might be a local scam occurring.  If you receive any similar calls please notify the Hooksett Police Department at 624-1560.

Community Presentation

On October 13, 2015, Henry Yaniz, Kevin Sexton and William Layden were arrested by the Hooksett Police Department for Reckless Conduct, involving the reckless shooting of firearms.   As part of a conditional agreement the three men have agreed to put together a community presentation to raise awareness on the potential consequences of discharging a firearm(s) recklessly within town limits as well as the impact reckless shooting could have on their lives and the lives of innocent victims

Massachusetts man arrested for DWI.

On March 5, 2016 at approximately 12:16 am Hooksett Police received a motor vehicle complaint about a vehicle traveling on Interstate 93 north with a front tire missing traveling approximately 2 mph in the middle lane.  The caller followed this vehicle to the Fairfield Inn in Hooksett, NH where police were able to respond and identify the driver as:

David Mansfield, 37

Mansfield was run through field sobriety tests as he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.  He was arrested at this time and charged with Driving while intoxicated.  He was brought back to the Police Department for further testing which revealed his breath alcohol to be .15.  Mansfield was later released on personal recognizance bail.

Manchester Man Arrested for Operating without a License and Possessing a Loaded Firearm without a License

On March 17th, 2016 at approximately 11:00pm, officer’s stopped a 1997 Lexus with Tennessee registrations leaving the Firebird Motel. The vehicle was connected to a criminal mischief complaint that was being investigated in that area. The operator of the vehicle was identified as:

A license check revealed that Reed never had a driver’s license which makes it a misdemeanor level offense. During the course of the investigation, officer’s discovered that Reed had a loaded .38 caliber revolver concealed in the vehicle without having a license to do so. Reed was arrested and charged with operating without a license and carrying a loaded firearm without a license. Reed was transported to the Hooksett Police Department where he was booked and released on personal recognizance bail. Reed is scheduled to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett on April 26th, 2016.

Manchester Man Arrested for Stalking

On March 18th, 2016 at approximately 12:38am, Officer Carpentier was patrolling the Firebird Motel and observed a male and a female in the parking lot which he had contact with on his prior shift. Officer Carpentier identified the male as:

Officer Carpentier arrested Bartlett less than 24 hours prior at the Firebird Motel on a 12-hour domestic violence charge stemming from a domestic assault that occurred in Pembroke, NH. Bartlett was bailed and released on that charge from the Pembroke Police Department on March 17th, 2016 at 4:03am. Bartlett was ordered to not have any contact with the female victim through a criminal bail order of protection. The female that Bartlett was with on this date was the protected party in the criminal bail order of protection. Bartlett was arrested without incident and charged with stalking. Bartlett was transported to the Hooksett Police Department where he was booked and processed. Bartlett refused the services of a bail commissioner and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections where he will be held until his arraignment later this morning.

Hooksett Man Arrested for DWI

On March 27th, 2016 at 2:35am, Officer Byers was parked at the Hooksett Gas & Market located on Hooksett Rd. and Silver Ave. monitoring traffic. Officer Byers observed a green BMW X3 exit the parking lot of the Chantilly’s Restaurant & Pub and travel north on Hooksett Rd. The BMW attempted to take a right turn onto Silver Ave. but struck a telephone pole head-on. The BMW then reversed enough to pull away from the telephone pole and travel onto Silver Ave. where the vehicle came to a stop and the operator exited the vehicle. Officer Byers traveled towards the vehicle and its operator to investigate what happened. The operator of the vehicle was identified as:

Hooksett, NH

While speaking with Kimionakis, it became apparent that he was under the influence of alcohol. Kimionakis agreed to standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Kimionakis was not injured in the crash and he was transported to the Hooksett Police Department. The telephone pole had no major damage and Eversource arrived on scene to check the pole, which they deemed safe. Kimionakis refused a breath test at the Hooksett Police Department and was released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail. Kimionakis is scheduled to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett on April 12th, 2016.

Hooksett Police Officer Assaulted During Traffic Stop

On May 30th, 2016 at 12:45 AM, Officer Michael Carpentier stopped a motor vehicle on West Alice Ave. for a traffic violation. While Officer Carpentier was speaking with the operator of the vehicle, the front seat passenger exited the vehicle multiple times. The female passenger attempted to interfere with Officer Carpentier while he tried to speak to the operator of the vehicle. Officer Daniel Byers arrived to assist Officer Carpentier and the female passenger continued to interfere with the officers. Officer Byers told the female passenger to stay in the vehicle multiple times.

While Officer Byers was standing at the front passenger side door, the female swung at Officer Byers striking him in the left forearm. The female was then taken into custody by both officers. While Officer Byers was placing the female in the backseat of his patrol car, she kicked Officer Byers in the chest with the heel of her boot. Officer Byers did not sustain any injuries from this incident. The female was identified as

Hooksett, NH

Sutherland-White was transported directly to the Merrimack County House of Corrections due to her being extremely combative. During the transport, Officer Byers called for assistance on Interstate 93 northbound at exit 12 due to Sutherland-White escaping from her handcuffs while in the backseat of his patrol car. An officer from Concord and Bow Police Departments assisted Officer Byers with securing Sutherland-White into transport restraints. Sutherland-White is being charged with two counts of simple assault on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest. Sutherland-White is being held on $6,000 cash bail at the Merrimack County House of Corrections until her arraignment on May 31st, 2016.

Hooksett man arrested for stalking, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.

On June 3, 2016 Officers from the Hooksett Police Department where called to 5 Skyline Ave. for an unwanted party that was breaking things inside the home and throwing kitchen knives.  When Officers arrived they detained the suspect who was identified as

Michael Wendell, 21

 

Wendell was known to the Officers as he had been arrested on 5/28/16 for stalking at the same address.  After the investigation was complete it was found that Wendell had threatened the victim with a kitchen knife and stated he was going to stab him in the head with it.  Wendell also destroyed several different pieces of property in the home and violated a protection order between the victim and Wendell.  Wendell was charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, stalking, criminal mischief and a $3,000.00 cash electronic bench warrant for failing to appear in court.

911 Hang-up Call Leads to an Arrest

On June 4, 2016 Officers from the Hooksett Police Department responded to a single family residence on South Bow Road for a 911 hang up call. When Officers arrived they determined a domestic assault had just occurred between Catherine Flower, 34 of Manchester, NH and her longtime boyfriend.  The investigation revealed that Flower scratched her boyfriend during an argument over a receipt.  Flower was arrested and charged with domestic violence related simple assault and simple assault.  Flower was released on personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett, NH on June 6, 2016.

Graffiti on Farmer Road

The Hooksett Police Department is attempting to identify the person responsible for spray painting “Slow Down” on Farmer Road. The incident took place on Monday, June 20, 2016 at approximately 4:00pm at which time an elderly female was seen in the area holding a can of spray paint. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hooksett Police Department at 624-1560.

On June 24, 2016 at approximately 0419, Officers responded to the area of Kerri Lane for a reported male that had just pushed and threatened his girlfriend then fled the home.  Officers were told by the victim that the suspect was:

and that they had been in an argument and at some point Davenport leaned onto the victim with his forearm on her neck and told her he was going to make her “permanently shut up”.  Davenport was found walking on Hooksett Road and was taken into custody.  Due to the victim reporting a shortness of breath after being choked Davenport was charged with second degree assault and criminal threatening.  He was released on personal recognizance bail.

On July 1, 2016 at approximately 12:21 A.M. Hooksett Police responded to the Firebird Motel located at 10 Bell Ave. for a report of a fight going on in the parking lot. When Officers responded they were able to identify one of the suspects as:

Donna Dupont, 48

After further investigation it was found that Dupont had found her boyfriend:

David Bougie, 41

outside near the alley to the motel with a prostitute engaging in lewd activity. Dupont was upset by this and attacked Bougie, striking him several times in the face. Dupont then turned and struck another witness to the crime. When police attempted to question both Dupont and Bougie about the incident they were uncooperative and clearly intoxicated. Donna who had been repeatedly warned to stop screaming was told she was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Dupont resisted at that time and after a brief struggle was taken into custody. As a result of her resisting arrest Dupont sustained an injury to her mouth and knee. Dupont was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, simple assault and domestic assault. Dupont was later released on personal recognizance bail.

Bougie who was uncooperative refused to give his name during the investigation was arrested at the time for disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration and protective custody. Once Bougie’s identity was learned it was also discovered he had four electronic bench warrants with over $3,600.00 in cash bail required. Bougie refused to be bailed and will be arraigned today 7/1/16 at the Hooksett Court.
